Increased the Snow Removal Financial Assistance Program, renamed the Outdoor Maintenance Tax Credit, from $350 to $500. (2023)

Doubled the Older Adults (65+) or Persons with Disabilities Tax Assistance grant from $525 to $1,050. (2023)

Approved the Windrow Snow Removal Assistance Program. (2024)

Advanced shade structures, additional benches and portable washrooms at Albert Spencer Park and James Walker Park in 2024 and 2026.

Proposed and helped implement the free 65+ Seniors Fitness Membership, launched on April 1, 2026.
